I’m a regular guy who believes fitness should be simple, honest, and sustainable — not built on myths or shortcuts.
I started training at 20, but for nearly 6–7 years I made little progress because I lacked proper knowledge of training and nutrition. Most of what I learned came through trial and error, mistakes, and real-world experience. That phase pushed me to start studying fitness seriously — learning from research, structured education, and certifications — which finally helped me achieve the best shape of my life.
Everything shared here is based on experience, learning, and evidence-based principles, focused on consistency, smart training, recovery, and habits that work long term.
